Availing Mentoring For All
VOA.ORG is the non-profit arm of the Voices Of Asia Group, dedicated to creating impactful and scalable mentoring initiatives for individuals from less-privileged backgrounds across Asia. Guided by a bold vision, we aim to impact 5 million lives through mentoring by 2030.
Our projects are purposefully designed to address real social needs—whether within a specific country, community, or industry. We build mentoring programmes that are highly accessible and effective by mobilising and equipping mentors, while actively reaching out to mentees across schools, workplaces, and public spaces. Every initiative is crafted to open doors, build confidence, and create pathways to opportunity.
Each project is driven by a passionate taskforce made up largely of volunteers who believe deeply in the power of mentoring, coaching, and enabling others. We are also supported by a growing network of experts and partners who contribute their skills and experience into our ecosystem—strengthening our ability to build vibrant mentoring communities that create real and lasting impact.
