Mentoring SG is a national movement founded on a simple belief: guidance and human connection should not be a privilege. While Singapore is highly developed, many still struggle silently with career uncertainty, social mobility challenges, and isolation.
Mentoring SG makes mentoring accessible across life stages—students, professionals, and seniors—by mobilising mentors and building trusted, scalable mentoring infrastructure.

- Working professionals and career switchers
- Senior leaders, retirees, and experienced practitioners
- Corporates, schools, NGOs, and community partners

Funding Tiers & Outcomes
Mentoring SG is a project funded by the Singapore government and individual funders. We are now funding other projects which leverage the Singapore mentoring network.
- Fund the operations of the secretariat office.
- Fund projects and events organized by the office.
- Excess will be passed on back to Voices Of Asia’s nurture fund which will be used to support less privileged youth across Asia.
