Culture Stewards Mentoring [Asia] exists because organisational culture is no longer a “soft issue”, it is a strategic, economic, and human imperative. In an era of rapid technological change, workforce disruption, and rising burnout, many organisations struggle not due to lack of strategy, but due to misaligned culture, unclear priorities, and fragmented people systems.
This initiative brings together HR leaders, people practitioners, and senior leaders who directly influence culture into a trusted mentoring and learning ecosystem. Rather than top-down prescriptions, Culture Stewards Mentoring enables leaders to learn from one another, co-create solutions, and steward culture across organisational boundaries—from their own companies to partners, vendors, and customers.
Culture is contagious. This programme, in partnership with OD Asia Collective, intentionally shapes those who carry it.
