Unlocking potential at scale for India’s next generation
Mentoring India
Mentoring India is a national movement designed to meet India’s greatest opportunity—and its greatest risk: a young population full of aspiration, but uneven access to guidance, networks, and opportunity.
Millions of Indian youths are hardworking, capable, and ambitious, yet remain under-mentored. Academic success does not always translate into employability, confidence, or life readiness. Mentoring India exists to bridge this gap—connecting youth with mentors who provide direction, perspective, and access to pathways that transform potential into progress.
This is not a short-term programme. Mentoring India is social infrastructure for a nation, built on relationships, trust, and long-term human development.
